Receta Brunch Buffet Gingered Peaches With Yogurt

- Step 1: Cut peaches in half. Remove the pits and slice the peaches. In a large skillet, heat butter over moderate heat. Add in the peach slices and saute/fry till softened, about 5 min.
- Step 2: Stir yogurt and 1 Tbsp. crystallized ginger into the peaches till well mixed and just warmed. Remove the skillet from the heat. Place the hot peaches and yogurt in small bowls; sprinkle each serving with an equal amount of the remaining crystallized ginger; garnish with mint sprigs, if you like, and serve.
