Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 12 ounce shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 c. sliced green onion
  • 1/2 med. red bell pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 8 ounce cooked ham, cut in fine strips
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 T snipped fresh parsley
  • 8 large eggs, beaten (Eggbeaters may be used)

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, mix cheeses together. Sprinkle half of cheese mix in ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish.In medium frying pan, cook mushrooms, green onions and red pepper in butter till onions and pepper are tender. Arrange vegetables over cheese. Arrange ham strips over vegetables. Sprinkle remaining cheese over ham.
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. In large bowl, mix flour, lowfat milk, parsley and large eggs; pour over layers in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min or possibly till mix is set and top is golden brown. Let stand about 10 min. Cut into squares.
