Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Loaf Italian Bread
  • 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Clove Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt optional
  • 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 x Green Onions thinly sliced
  • 1 med Tomato seeded and minced
  • 1 1/2 c. Sargento Classic Supreme Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (6 ounce) Fresh Parsley Sprigs optional

Direcciones

  1. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Place cut side up on a foil-lined baking sheet. Combine oil, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle over bread. Sprinkle with green onions and tomato; top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in upper half of oven at 500 degrees F for 5 to 7 min or possibly till cheese is melted and edges of bread are browned. Cut into 1-inch pcs. Place on serving platter; garnish with parsley.
