Bruschetta Of Ricotta Cheese Witholives

Ingredientes

  • Italian bread, diagonally cut 1 inch slices
  • prosciutto, 3-4 thin slices
  • 1/4 c. Calamata olives, pitted and minced
  • 1/2 16oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 T garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 T extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 T bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 c. Ricotta Cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.Toast bread slices for 4-5 min or possibly till golden brown.
  2. Put together remaining ingredients in bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon 1 tbsp of the tomato mix onto each toasted slice of bread.
  4. Roll slices of prosciutto and slice into 1/8" inch pcs. Place on top of tomato mix and serve.
