Ingredientes
2 c. Chopped plum tomato, about 3/4 lb.)
1 1/2 tsp Capers
2 Tbsp. Minced kalamata olives
1 Tbsp. Minced red onion
1 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil
1 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp Pepper
10 slc French bread baguette, toasted, diagonally sliced 1/2 inch thick
Direcciones
Combine all the ingredients except French bread; cover and let stand 30 min. Drain the tomato mix. Top each bread slice with 1 Tbsp. of tomato mix.
Yield: 10 servings.
