Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg Kielbasa, 1 inch thick round
  • 1 med Onion, cubed
  • 1 lrg Potato, cubed
  • 1 pkt Brussel sprouts
  • 1 can Chicken stock

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the onion and potato and Kielbasa in a little bit of oil, add in the chicken stock and simmer til potato is tender. Save several whole brussel sprouts and cut them in half. Chop the rest of the brussel sprouts in the food processor into small bits.
  2. Add in the brussel sprouts to the soup and cook till the whole brussel sprouts are just tender. Serve giving each bowl of soup a few of the whole sprouts as garnish.
  3. NOTES : This is wonderful on a cool winter evening. Fast and tasty even if you think you hate Brussel Sprouts. I promise.
