Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (10 Ounce) Frzn Brussel Sprouts
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Freshly Grnd Pepper
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Grated Onions, or possibly to taste
  • 4 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 c. Mozzarella Cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Cook sprouts, drain, and chop. Heat butter and add in flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add in lowfat milk and onion and stir till thickened. Beat egg yolks and add in to hot sauce. Add in cheese and cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Add in sprouts and remove from heat. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into warm mix. Turn into ungreased 2-qt souffle dish. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hrs and serve immediately.
  3. Serves: 4 to 6
