Bubble Bread
- 2 - loaves Frozen Sweet Bread Dough, thawed
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 package butterscotch pudding mix, dry, regular not instant
- 1 c chopped pecans
- Grease Bundt pan with shortening
- Melt together butter, brown sugar, and dry pudding mix. Bring to boil and boil 1-2 mins.
- Spinkle 1/2 c pecans in bottom of prepared pan
- Cut 1 loaf thawed bread dough in large pieces
Place in pan
Pour butter mixture over dough in pan.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Cut remaining loaf in large pieces
Place in pan
Pour rest of butter mixture over all.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Let rise 2-3 hours.
Bake at 350º for 30 mins. or until golden brown
As soon as it comes out of the oven, turn upside down on a large serving plate.
