Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Scalded lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 pkt Yeast
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 4 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 stk butter, melted
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. Minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. BAKE: 350 45 mins
  2. Mix lowfat milk, sugar, oil and salt together. Cold to lukewarm. Add in yeast and Large eggs. Mix well. Add in flour. Mix together and knead until smooth. Put in greased bowl, cover and let rise until double (about 1 to 1-1/2 hrs).
  3. Punch down and let stand 10 mins. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Healthy pinch off small balls of dough, dip in butter and roll in sugar mix. Place in well-greased tube pan in staggered rows and layers. Sprinkle nuts between layers and on top. Let rise until double (about 1 to 1-1/2 hrs.)
  4. Bake for 45 mins.
