Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pkt (16-ounce) confectioner's sugar
  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. Solid vegetable shortening

Direcciones

  1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Mix peanut butter, vanilla, sugar and butter with hands to create a smooth dough. Shape into 1" balls. Chill.
  2. Heat chocolate and shortening together. When smooth pour into a small bowl.
  3. Dip 3/4 of ball in chocolate. Return to refrigerator.
