Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 2 x Cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
  • 1 x 200 gram can Chinese mushrooms
  • 200 gm Straw mushrooms, (7 ounce)
  • 200 gm Button mushrooms, (7 ounce)
  • 1 x Red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Cornflour

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil and fry the garlic till light brown. Add in all the mushrooms and red pepper and fry over high heat for 2 min. Add in the sesame oil, soy sauce and continue to stir fry for 2 min.
  2. Dissolve the cornflour in water and add in to the wok. Bring to a quick boil and dish up to serve.
