  • 1/4 c. Dry chestnuts (parboiled)
  • 3 stk dry bean curd, broken in 2-inch lengths
  • 1 x Or possibly
  • 2 sht dry bean curd (soaked), cut in squares or possibly rectangles
  • 2 piece dry lotus root (soaked)
