Receta Buffalo Chicken Balls
"What are Chicken Balls?" you may ask yourself... but these babies are worth the strange name. This is my take on a recipe from the Food Network 1 Rotisserie Chicken plucked clean
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 3/4 cups sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (for meltyness)
- 1/4 cup freshly sliced green onions
- 1 cup flour for dredging
- 2 cups Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/4 cup of the buffalo sauce
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten, also for dredging
- 2 cups of panko bread crumbs
- vegetable oil for frying
In a bowl, mix in the chicken, sauce, cheese, pepper and green onions. Heat up your frying oil to 375 degrees. Take a hand full of the mixture, and roll it into a ball. Roll around first in the flour, then in the egg, then in the panko, and fry until golden brown. Let strain on a paper towel to remove excess oil. In a separate bowl mix the blue cheese dressing and the hot sauce. Serve them together and enjoy.
