Buffalo Chicken Ranch Burgers ~ Healthy, Baked Chicken Sandwiches with a bite!

Have you ever worked really, really hard for something and dreamed about it for years?

And then it happens.

And then you second guess yourself.

This is the current phase of my life. This is the current phase of my blog. I’m not trying to whine, to say poor me, to say wow my life is crazy. I’m thankful for the craziness.

But somebody might have to talk me down off the ledge.

It’s because of this blog. I’ve poured my heart and soul into it for about three years, mainly the last year. Why I picked the year after I had the kid to get serious is beyond me. I should have started BEFORE the child. Much smarter Julie. Much easier Julie, but who says I’m about easy? I dreamed of actually making extra income off this blog. I thought when I made my first $20 and I was rocking and rolling and I was. But I was on my way to bigger and better and bigger and better dreams. And those dreams are coming true.

Now if someone could add approximately 8 hours into my day I’d have it made. But here’s the real deal. This blog is my passion. I ADORE the comments I get, the love I feel and when I get to help someone realize that they CAN cook or bake. Seriously. You all can do it. Just start. Read the directions and do it.

I make simple, easy things for YOU. Because you are also sometimes on that ledge and need a simple recipe to feed to your family because take-out seven days a week isn’t real economical. But hey we’ve all been there.

So I’ve made another fabulous meal for you today when you are close to that ledge and need a no-brainer. It tasted like you slaved away and maybe even cheated and got take-out again but it literally takes 5 minutes to go throw this amazing Buffalo Chicken Ranch Burger together then broil it and deliver it to the table and hungry bellies. The family will be cheering you on from the sidelines! Which reminds me, this would also make a fab treat for your tailgating!

P.S. Thank you to all of you that keep coming back and reading my blog. It’s because of YOU that I am doing this. And did I mention…this recipe was inspired by a reader that left a comment on how changed changed up my original Chicken Ranch Burger! She said she was the talk of the neighbor hood after she made it so then I HAD to try it! Thank you!

Make sure you don’t miss any of the fun stuff Julie’s Eats & Treats is up too!
