Buffalo Chicken Soup

Easy to make and you can make it as spicy as you want !! It taste just like buffalo chicken wings !!!

Ingredientes

  • Chicken pieces - 1 lb
  • Tomato Soup x 3 cans
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Hot sauce- 1/2 cup
  • chopped onions 1 med
  • chopped celery cut into small pieces
  • shredded carrots 2 -3
  • honey mustard 1/4 cup
  • black pepper - 2 tsp
  • 3 cups water

Direcciones

  1. I usually make 20 gallons of this soup, but you can adjust to the amounts you need.
  2. boil chicken peices about 20 min.
  3. In a pot, place tomato soup, onions, celery, shredded carrots, honey mustard, hot sauce, pepper and water (equal parts water to soup)
  4. Once the chicken is ready add to mixture and cook for approx 45 min. Then add rice and cook for another 20 min
