Receta Buffalo-Style Stuffed Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, hard cooked
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 tbsp minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1-1/2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 stalk stalk celery, diced
Instructions
Shell and cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks and mix well with the cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
