Ingredientes

  • 24 x Chicken Wings Salt, to taste Fresh Grnd Black Pepper
  • 4 c. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 4 tsp Warm Sauce
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. Parsley, finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Blue Cheese, crumbled Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cut of tips and separate each wing at the joint. Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil in deep-fat fryer or possibly large heavy pot. When it is quite warm, add in half the wings and cook about 10 min, stirring occasionally. When wings are golden and crisp, remove them and drain well. Add in remaining wings and repeat process. Meanwhile, heat butter in saucepan, add in warm sauce and 1 tsp. vinegar. Pour warm mix over wings and mix well to cover. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, onion, garlic, parsley, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, 1 ts vinegar, blue cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigeratefor one hour before serving.
