Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
  • 1 sm Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Chinese bean paste (Mein Chiang)
  • 1 tsp Toasted sesame seed*
  • 2 Tbsp. Sake or possibly dry sherry
  • 1 tsp Chopped scallion
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Direcciones

  1. See note on toasted sesame seed above.
  2. Crush garlic with sugar and salt to make a smooth paste. Combine with remaining ingredients. Dip broiled or possibly fried beef slices in the sauce.
