Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Vegetable stock or possibly water (if using water, add in 1 tb Bragg's aminos or possibly soy)
  • 2 c. Bulgar wheat
  • 1 head celery, sliced
  • 1 lrg Onion, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Bring water to boil, add in veggies, simmer 5 min add in bulgar wheat, bring back to boil, cover and simmer 25 min, remove from heat and let stand 5 mor more min.
  2. Use as a side dish, alternative to rice.
  3. Or possibly add in more veggies, such as mushrooms, peas, green beans, etc for a one pot supper.
