Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Chopped boiled Bunya Nuts
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Powdered lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter Fruit if required

Direcciones

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together (this includes Bunya Nuts). Then add in Large eggs and butter, that has been melted in a little warm water. Mix to a 'just-pouring' consistency adding more water if necessary. Pour into greased 7 inch sponge tin.
  2. Bake at 240 deg C for 20 min, reduce heat to 200 deg C and bake till cooked.
