Ingredientes

  • 1 x (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x (3.(4-oz) box Jell-O lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1 x (8 inch) graham cracker crust
  • 2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs, optional

Direcciones

  1. Blend softened cream cheese with 1/2 c. of the lowfat milk. Add in remaining lowfat milk and the pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater just till well-mixed, about one minute. Don't overbeat. Pour at once into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs lightly over top, if you like. Refrigerateabout an hour.
