Ingredientes

  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks softened)
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup nuts chopped fine (pecans or walnuts)
  • (extra confectioners suger for rolling balls in at end)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla, flour, and nuts.
  4. Blend thoroughly until dough forms.
  5. Roll into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
  6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake approx. 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
  8. Roll the balls in confectionery sugar while they are still warm.
