Butter Croissant Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 2 packages. yeast
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 beaten large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 9 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Mix yeast with 2 tbsp sugar and 2 cups of water. Add in melted butter, remainder of the sugar and large eggs. Mix well. Add in flour and salt. Mix well and let rise 2 hrs. Stir down and put in refrigerator overnight. Roll each of 5 pcs into a circle and spread each with melted butter. Cut into 12 wedges and roll into crescents. Place on greased baking sheets. Let rise 4-5 hrs. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
