Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sifted cake flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 6 x Egg yolks
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Sift together flour and baking pwdr. Heat lowfat milk and butter until butter melts; keep warm. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored; gradually add in sugar, beating constantly. Add in vanilla. Add in flour mix; stir just until mixed. Gently stir in the warm lowfat milk mix. Bake in greased and floured 9x9x2-inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. Do not invert; cold in pan.
