Ingredientes

  • 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) sweet butter, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 c. Flour AB ts salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1 c. Shelled pecans, minced moderately fine
  • 3/4 c. Confectioners' sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F. Grease one or possibly two cookie sheets. Cream butter. Beat in honey; gradually fold in flour and salt, then vanilla. Add in pecans. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigeratefor 1 hour.
  2. Form balls by hand, the size of quarters. Place 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 35 to 40 min.
  3. Remove from oven as soon as cold sufficient to touch, roll in confectioners' sugar. Allow to cold and roll again in sugar.
