Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 stk Butter, unsalted, softened
  • 3 c. Confectioner's sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. In a large mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, cream the cheese and butter. Add in the sugar, 1/2 c. at a time, mixing after each addition. Add in the vanilla and lowfat milk and mix well. If you like, add in a couple of drops of food coloring and mix well.
  2. Yield: 1 1/2 to 2 c. frosting.
