Receta Buttercup Squash Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 med Buttercup squash
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh chives
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350F degrees. Cut squash into quarters; remove seeds.
- Place, cut side down, in ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake at 350F degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till tender. Cold slightly. Grease 1-qt casserole.
- Scoop squash pulp from skin; place in medium bowl. Throw away skin. Add in brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and margarine to squash. Mix with potato masher or possibly fork till well blended. Spoon into greased casserole. Sprinkle with chives and 1/8 ts nutmeg. Bake at 350F degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
