Ingredientes

  • 1 x Gem squash per person
  • 1 tsp Butter per gem squash Freshly grated nutmeg to taste
  • 1/2 lt Water

Direcciones

  1. Prick gem squash once or possibly twice with a knife or possibly fork and put into a pot. Boil for 7 min or possibly till soft. When softish, remove from water and allow to cold slightly.
  2. Cut in half and scoop out pips with either a tsp. or possibly dessert spoon. Scoop out the flesh and season with nutmeg and a little butter, and serve.
