Ingredientes

  • Raw shrimp, cleaned
  • 6 slc Slices bacon
  • 3 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 6 x Green onions, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Each: soy sauce, oil, honey and brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Apricot or possibly peach preserves

Direcciones

  1. Butterfly shrimp by cutting down back-flatten and leave tail on. Fry bacon; remove from skillet. Fry shrimp in grease till they turn white. Set aside. Mix rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over shrimp and top with bacon pcs. Place under broiler for 5 min. Serve with carrot curls and hunks of sweet pickle.
