Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 5 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 c. walnuts, minced
  • 1 lb raisins, cooked 15 min in 2c. water, then add in
  • 1 c. cool water

Direcciones

  1. Cook raisins, then add in water, set aside. Cream Crisco, sugar; then gradually add in flour, and spices.
  2. Add in raisin mix and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs in greased and floured angel food cake pan.
