Ingredientes

  • 3 c. buttermilk
  • Aunt Jemima buttermilk pancake mix
  • 2 pound bass fillets
  • Veg. oil

Direcciones

  1. Place fillets in a bowl and cover completely with buttermilk; let stand for 1 hour. Add in the pancake mix to a brown paper bag. Remove 1 fillet at a time and shake in bag of pancake mix till well coated. Lay fillets in hot veg. oil. Fry till golden. Drain on paper toweling.
