Receta "Buttermilk" Biscuits

- Combine soy lowfat milk & lemon juice & let stand for 5 min. Blend tofu till smooth & then blend in the soy lowfat milk/lemon juice mix along with hte miso. Set aside.
- Sift together the dry ingredients & fold into the blended mix.
- Turn onto a lightly floured surface & form into a ball. Roll out dough to a 1/2" thickness. Cut with a cookie cutter. Put on baking sheets & bake for 12 min or possibly till golden brown.
