Ingredientes

  • 1 1/8 c. Buttermilk *
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 1/4 tsp Red Star Active Dry Yeast
  • 3 tsp Gluten (optional)
  • 7/8 c. Buttermilk **
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 c. Bread flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red Star Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 tsp Gluten (optional)

Direcciones

  1. For Welbilt/DAK and Zojirushi machines add in 2 Tbsp. more buttermilk
  2. For Welbilt machine, add in 1 Tbsp. more buttermilk.
  3. I have used the powdered buttermilk and water instead of real buttermilk - worked fine
  4. Have all ingredients at room temperature. (For my Hitachi I microwave the liquid ingredients)
  5. Place all ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturers suggestion. Select light setting.
