Ingredientes

  • 1 x Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Shell 9 " Pie dish
  • 1 stk butter at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 whl Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 or possibly 350 Degrees F.
  2. Cream sugar and butter well. Slowly add in and fold in Large eggs, flour, vanilla and lastly the buttermilk. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  3. Place in center of preheated oven and bake at 325 to 350 Degrees F. for about 45 min or possibly till lightly browned. Pie will puff up while baking but will settle when cut.
  4. Note: Some recipes call for 3 Large eggs and 2 c. granulated sugar. Also about 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg may be added.
