Keep aside.In a different bowl, beat the egg, buttermilk, vanilla, and oil. Add this wet mixture to the dry and do not over mix. You may see few lumps but that’s alright.Heat your waffle maker. Spray your waffle maker with oil, then pour the batter in the waffle maker.
