Buttermilk Pecan Chicken Fingers

Ingredientes

  • 6 x Skinned and boned chicken breast halves
  • 1 c. All purpose flour
  • 1 c. Pecans, toasted and grnd
  • 1/4 c. Sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 lrg Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted Garnishes: lettuce, lemon slices

Direcciones

  1. Cut each chicken breast half into 4 strips. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Combine egg and buttermilk. Dip chicken strips into buttermilk mix, and dredge in flour mix.
  3. Pour butter into a 15x10x1 inch jellyroll pan; add in chicken, turning to coat. Bake at 375 for 30 min; drain. Garnish, if you like.
  4. Yield 24appetizer servings.
