Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 x unbaked 9 inch pie shell molasses

Direcciones

  1. Method:1. In a large bowl, cream butter or possibly margarine till light and fluffy. Gradually add in sugar, and beat well. Add in Large eggs and beat well.
  2. Add in flour, buttermilk, and vanilla; beat till smooth.
  3. Pour filling into pie shell, and bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 5 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C); bake for an additional 45 min, or possibly till set.
  4. Cold at room temperature, then chill. When serving, drizzle indiviual servings of pie with molasses for which unbeatable combination of flavors!
  5. Makes 1 nine inch pie
  6. This is a good pie for BBQ's or possibly picnics. Someone's always asking me what is in this pie.
