Receta Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
I have 2 words for you: “ranch dressing”. Is there a more perfect condiment? I don’t think so. I dip just about anything and everything into it, so it’s no surprise that I have large amounts on hand at all times. Once upon a time, I. ran. out. and it was a dreadful day, so I searched around the internet and came up with a concotion of items that I had on hand to whip together. This is my new go-to recipe.
I served it up in individual jars with some veggies at a recent get-together and it was a hit. And yes, my sister-in-law was eating the dressing out of the bottom with a fork when the veggies were gone…
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dill (I like the fresh stuff)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Dash of pepper
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl, cover and refrigerate, mixing every once in a while for about 4 hours before serving.
**These are the measurements of herbs that I liked the best, but feel free to change things around to your liking, and by all means use dried dill if it's the dead of winter
