Receta Buttermilk White Sandwich Bread
Tried this recipe the other day and it turned out delicious.

- Put water, butter and honey in a plastic mixing bowl and microwave until butter is melted.
- Pour in the buttermilk - the mixture should be cool to warm.
- Add the yeast, salt and flour.
- Mix well and then put the dough on a countertop or wherever you like to knead dough and do so for 8 minutes.
- If the dough is too wet as you knead, add a bit of flour at a time. You do not want a sticky or tacky dough. It should become elastic and smooth.
- Cover and let rise in a warm area until doubled, about 2 hours.
- Grease and flour a 9x5 bread pan.
- Shape the dough into a square, that when rolled up will fit in the pan.
- Let rise, covered, until doubled again, about 45-60 minutes.
- Have oven heated to 350 degrees when ready to bake.
- Bake 40-50 minutes, or until top is browned.
- Remove from the oven, let sit 5 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack.
- Let cool several hours before slicing.
- Store on counter for 2-3 days in a bread box or wrapped in a kitchen towel.
