Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. shortening
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 c. squash, sweet potato or possibly pumpkin; baked and mashed
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 1/3 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 2/3 c. nuts; optional
  • 2/3 c. raisins; optional

Direcciones

  1. Cream shortening and sugar till fluffy. Stir in large eggs, squash and water. Blend dry ingredients into creamed mix. Bake in two 9 x 5 x 3 inch greased and lightly floured loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.May also make muffins.
