Butterscotch Confetti Squares

Ingredientes

  • ½ cup peanut butter smooth
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) butterscotch chips
  • 1 bag (10 oz size) miniature marshmallows coloured

Direcciones

  1. Put marshmallows in large bowl
  2. Melt peanut butter and butter in saucepan on LOW heat, just until melted! Do not overheat. Or melt in the microwave carefully.
  3. Remove from heat. Make sure mixture is not too hot before adding butterscotch chips or it will crystallize. (I stick my finger in to check that is not too hot)
  4. Stir in butterscotch chips, continue to stir until all is melted.
  5. Fold mixture into bowl of marshmallows. Combine well.
  6. Press into 8x8 greased baking pan.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. Cut into 16 large squares.
