Butterscotch Pie Dutch

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x Whipped cream
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 3 x Egg, well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 x pie pastry, baked

Direcciones

  1. Cook the sugar and water till it will spin a thread. Add in butter, beat the Large eggs and stir in the flour that has been mixed with 1/2 c. of the lowfat milk.
  2. Add in balance of the lowfat milk and vanilla. Pour into the warm syrup and cook till mix is thick. Pour into a baked pie shell and set aside to cold. When ready to serve, cover with whipped cream.
