Ingredientes

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 palm full parsley
  • 6 tbs butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper powder
  • 13x9 pan (preferrably metal)

Direcciones

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. rinse chicken and cut off any extra fat that might be on the meat
  3. place chicken in pan and coat with lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and onion.
  4. place 1 tbs butter on top of each breast.
  5. cover with foil and cook for 35 to 45 minutes until meat reaches 175 internal temperature.
  6. uncover and cook for 10 minutes more to golden brown color is achieved.
  7. let meat rest 5 minutes before serving.
