Ingredientes

  • 5 x bratwurst sausage links - (to 6)
  • 1 med cabbage head coarsely shredded
  • 1 lrg onion
  • 1/2 c. creamy honey-mustard dressing
  • 1/4 c. applesauce or possibly apple cider
  • 1 tsp caraway seed - (to 2 tspns)
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage and cut into bite-size pcs. Drain well. Combine with cabbage and onion in the crock pot. Add in remaining ingredients; cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
