Receta Cabbage Masala
Ingredients:
- Onion – 1, finely chopped
- Tomato – 1, finely chopped
- Cabbage – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Green Peas – 1/4 cup
- Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 4 tsp
- Mustard Seeds – little
- Curry Leaves – few
- Turmeric Powder – a pinch
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves for 30 seconds.
3. Add the onions, tomatoes, turmeric powder, peas, red chilli powder and garam masala powder.
4. Saute well for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Add the cabbage and salt.
6. Sprinkle a little water and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes.
