Ingredients:

Method:

1. Heat little oil in a pan over medium flame.

2. Fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves for 30 seconds.

3. Add the onions, tomatoes, turmeric powder, peas, red chilli powder and garam masala powder.

4. Saute well for 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Add the cabbage and salt.

6. Sprinkle a little water and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes.

7. Serve as a side dish to roti or chapati. Cabbage Masala, 4.0 out of 5 based on 1 rating
