Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Thinly Sliced Red Cabbage
  • 4 c. Chinese Cabbage Thinly Sliced
  • 1 c. Brussel Sprouts Thinly Sliced
  • 1/4 c. Red Onion Minced
  • 1/4 c. Minced Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Celery Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 c. Low-Fat Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat Buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. Tarragon Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well, and set aside.
  2. Combine sugar and remaining ingredients, and stir well. Pour over cabbage mix, and toss gently. cover and refrigerate1 hour.
