Ingredientes

  • 4 lb Cabbage shredded
  • 2 x Onions minced
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 4 c. Water
  • 2 c. Canned tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Caraway seed
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Cook the cabbage and onions in the butter for 15 min. Sprinkle with the flour and gradually add in the water, stirring constantly till mix reaches the boiling point. Add in the tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice and caraway seed. Cook over low heat 1 hour. Correct seasoning. Garnish with lowfat sour cream.
