Ingredientes

  • 2 x Cactus pears, peel/chunked
  • 1 lrg Banana, peel/chunked
  • 4 x Ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Press cactus pears through medium disk of food mill. Combine puree in blender or possibly processor with banana, ice cubes, honey and lowfat milk; whirl till no chunks of ice remain. Serve at once to 2.
