Ingredientes

  • 6 x Rose-red cactus pears
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 x Limes Whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Hold cactus with tongs & rinse under cool running water. Lay on cutting board, cut off both ends, slit the skin lengthwise, loosed & lay it back.
  2. Lift out the pulp & put pulp into a small dish. Top with whipped cream. Put a lime wedge on the rim of the dish & squeeze on the juice as you eat.
