Ingredientes

  • 1 jar Nopalitos (cactus) - (12 ounce)
  • 1 sm Jicama
  • 2 x Tomatoes
  • 1 x Jalapeo
  • 2 x Green onions
  • 1/3 bn Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Rinse the nopalitos well, and cut into small pcs, about the size of a corn kernel. Place the cactus in a bowl. Peel the jicama and dice. Add in the jicama to the cactus. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Chop the tomatoes and add in to the cactus and jicama mix. Cut the meat off the jalapeo, throw away the skin, mince, and add in to cactus mix. Mince the green onions and cilantro, and add in to mix. Add in salt and blend well. Refrigerateand serve.
